Performance Notes:
A genuinely exciting prospect, The Pupster had six starts as a 2yo but wasn't really suited by the short distances of 2yo races. His trademark fast finishes have seen him reel off the fastest or second fastest last 600m sectional times in five of his six races-usually coming from the back of the field-all on city tracks and all against quality oppostion. He'd had enough by the time the Karrakatta Plate came around and after finishing unplaced, was sent for a well earned spell having finished 2nd, 3rd, 4th (twice) and 5ht from his half dozen stars. There's plenty more to come with this fellow though as trainer Steve Wolfe steers him on a path to the quality three year olds races in the Spring such as the WA Guineas and The Derby....

One of our owners (aged 81) is winding up her affairs, and has placed a 10% share in The Pupster on the market. I value the horse at around the $75,000 mark and hence a 10% share would be worth $7,500 (can be split into 2 x 5% shares if neccessary). Opportunities to buy into a young, up and coming, proven city performer like this don't come along very often!
